These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of autonapul.cz, operated by Autonapůl, družstvo ("we", "us", "our"), registered in the Czech Republic.

2. Ordering and Sale

Placing an order: submitting the order form (name and telephone number) constitutes a request to purchase, not a binding order. A binding contract is formed only when our team contacts you by telephone to confirm the order. Prices: all prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation call is the price you pay. Payment: payment is made in cash or by card directly to the courier upon delivery. No payment is collected online. Cancellation before dispatch: you may cancel at any time before dispatch by contacting us by phone or email - there is no charge for cancellation before dispatch. 3. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or any product purchased from us.
