This Privacy Policy describes how Autonapůl, družstvo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data obtained through autonapul.cz.

Order form: name and telephone number submitted via the order form. Contact form: name, email address and message. Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and session duration, collected via cookies (see Section 11).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to process and confirm your order by telephone, to respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form, to improve the website and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6)

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): processing your name and phone number to fulfil your order. Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to enquiries and improving our service. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): analytics and marketing cookies, where you have given consent via our cookie banner.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: courier and logistics partners (name and delivery address only, for order fulfilment); IT service providers (hosting, email) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements; and public authorities where required by law.
